I have been Eli’s student now for over 13 years. My relationship with him began in 1997 through Grace when Papaji sent me from Lucknow, India. I have been with Eli ever since. The depth of gratitude and love that I feel for Eli goes beyond words.
His fatherly love, huge generous spirit and radical teaching has made a deep impact on me on so many levels. The trajectory of my life and the choices that I have made have been deeply influenced by Eli’s teaching. I now live a fulfilled, happy life in service to love.
Over the years I have taught Tai Chi at Eli’s retreats, worked at the Leela Foundation, played the role of a Leela therapist and I am currently a Leela mentor in the 3 year program. It is a great honor for me to share my experience of this teaching with you and to support your ongoing deepening into wakefulness.

In the mid '90's I found myself in Bolinas at the feet of my beloved Master, Gangaji. Through her grace I was introduced to Eli and enrolled in the 3 year program. With Eli's loving attention, I have been encouraged to pursue a deeper involvement, participating in the Leela School and becoming a Leela Therapist. I am a mentor in the current 3 year group, and I have a small practice based out of Ashland, Oregon.
I am so grateful for the blessing of this community that is an offering of true support in surrender and awakening.
